Most projects take 2–3 months for simple designs and 3–5 months for complex ones. To start, we require $50 deposit. If we ever exceed our maximum deadlines (5 months for simple, 8 for complex), you are entitled to a full refund!

Since we order high-quality materials from around the world based on your character, major design changes aren't possible once the fur is cut. We always send progress photos of the "base" to make sure the shape is perfect before we move to the final furring stage.

Yes! Based in Kuala Lumpur, we ship worldwide. Note that while we cover shipping for warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for initial shipping costs and any local customs/import taxes required by their country.
